Who doesn't love pancakes! breakfast, lunch or dinner I say!
Here is a guilt free version so you feel fabulous after eating!
2 scoops protein
1 large banana
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 large eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1. Add the eggs along with all the ingredients to a medium bowl and beat until smooth 2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium/hight heat and pour your mixture into pan as disired size for pancakes
3. Cook pancakes
4. I put the over on low to pop them in there to keep them warm until I have cooked all my pancakes
5. Once you have cooked all your mixture dish onto a plate and add toppings of fruit if you desire with some organic honey
