This recipe is super easy and great for a lunch or dinner meal.
Tastes great as a leftover too.
Edamame beans ( frozen )
Organic peas ( frozen )
Organic lentil pasta
1. Boil a pot of water and put a dash of olive oil in. Cook your lentil pasta until soft
2. While your pasta is cooking, In a pan add 1 cup of edamame, 1 cup of peas and cook until soft. Once you pasta has cooked, strain and then add into your edamame mix.
3.Add in 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast, sprinkle of seasame seeds.
4. Mix through.
5. Transfer mixture into serving bowls and sprinkle hemp seeds on top.
6. You can also store in the fridge for leftovers later.
